Welcome to myqrmenu.io. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at myqrmenu.io ("Platform" or "Service"), operated and powered by Coding's Art ("we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, subscribing to any billing plans, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register and use our Platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid business name, email address, and WhatsApp contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

2. Description of Services

myqrmenu.io offers a SaaS platform allowing restaurant owners and service providers to create digital menus, generate QR codes, display item catalogs, and receive self-orders directly via WhatsApp. All features, item limits, and functionalities depend on the tier of your active subscription plan.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

  • Plans: We offer Free, Basic, Standard, and Premium subscription plans. Features and item limits for each plan are detailed on our landing page and in the Subscribe dashboard tab.
  • Payments: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription basis via Razorpay. By upgrading, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring fee.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Subscribe tab. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. After this, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You represent and warrant that your menus, logo pictures, and business information do not violate any local laws or third-party copyrights. You agree not to upload any illegal, fraudulent, offensive, or harmful material, or use the Platform for unauthorized advertising or spam.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Coding's Art or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including order transmission delays, payment failures, or data loss.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana / Punjab, India.
